Production Electrician - Shook

This was my first time working in this venue with hard patching which meant there was an extra step within my prep to ensure during fit up each fixture worked as expected. A few challenges I faced during this production was fixtures being added and changed very last minute meaning I had to work quickly and efficiently to ensure I had the crew and equipment needed to complete each task in the short time frame available. I learnt throughout this process that designing the lighting for a show can be very difficult and sometimes you have to try various solutions to create the desired effect on stage. I am interested in having more involvement in the design process soon!
